PROGRAM: The Feedback Formula

When your team is underperforming, how do you coach them through it? When your boss is holding you back, what do you say? And when your kids never seem to change, what can you do? The solution is the Feedback Formula^TM—a practical and predictable guide to giving helpful criticism and meaningful encouragement to others. By leaning into this behaviorally-focused approach, leaders can confidently and effectively provide meaningful feedback to others.

• The Evansville Area Human Resource Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
• This program is valid for [1] PDCs for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification. PDC Information will be provided after attending the meeting and completing the post-meeting survey. 

The Evansville-Area Human Resources Association, Inc is proud to be approved by the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) as a provider of recertification credit.

This means that all EHRA courses carry recertification credit for HR professionals holding an aPHR™, PHR®, or SPHR®. In addition, EHRA courses also provide recertification credit for those holding a Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™), Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®).

General Meeting Information

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 3 days before the event, your registration fee will be credited towards a future event.  If your registration fee is not cancelled more than 3 days before the event, any payments made will be forfeit or if unpaid will show as an 'amount due' on your account. We do not offer cash or credit refunds. 

Group Participation & Photo Release

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organizer.
