PROGRAM: Servant Leadership: Turning the Org Chart Upside Down

• The Evansville Area Human Resource Association is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
• This program is valid for [1] PDCs for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification. PDC Information will be provided after attending the meeting and completing the post-meeting survey. 

The Evansville-Area Human Resources Association, Inc is proud to be approved by the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) as a provider of recertification credit.

This means that all EHRA courses carry recertification credit for HR professionals holding an aPHR™, PHR®, or SPHR®. In addition, EHRA courses also provide recertification credit for those holding a Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™), Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®).

SPEAKER: Eric Coher, SHRM-CP, CBSE

Eric Coher joined Frantz Building Services in 2020 and currently serves as the Director of HR and Employee Experience. With over two decades of experience in developing leaders and shaping organizational cultures, Eric is passionate about creating an engaging and transformative work environment, furthering Frantz’ mission to “Love and Serve Well.” He holds both SHRM-CP and CBSE designations, a unique blend that reflects his Human Resources leadership and building service excellence. When he’s not in the office or out in the field with the team, you’ll find Eric parenting two incredible young adults with his wife, cycling county roads, or flying his family to the next weekend adventure in a 1971 Cessna 182.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 3 days before the event, your registration fee will be credited towards a future event.  If your registration fee is not cancelled more than 3 days before the event, any payments made will be forfeit or if unpaid will show as an 'amount due' on your account. We do not offer cash or credit refunds. 

Group Participation & Photo Release

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organizer.
